Invite your team

Add staff members, set what they can do, and put them on the schedule.

Every person who takes bookings in Randvu needs their own login. Sharing a single account is technically possible, but you'll lose track of who did what and your reports will be useless. Add each person individually — it takes about a minute per teammate.

Add a staff member

  1. Open the Staff page

Go to Staff in the sidebar and click Add Staff.

  2. Enter their basics

Fill in name, email, and (optionally) a job title — for example Senior stylist or Front desk lead. The email is what they'll use to sign in: Randvu sends a WorkOS invitation to that address, and they set their own password when they accept it.

  3. Pick a permission preset (or customize)

Tap one of the four pills — Receptionist, Manager, Full access, or Custom. Presets are shortcuts that flip the underlying permission checkboxes; you can adjust any individual permission afterwards and the pill switches to Custom.

  4. Set their working schedule

Scroll to the Schedule section on the same form to pick working days and default hours. The booking calendar uses this to decide who can take what.

What the presets do

The four pills aren't roles stored on the user — they're just shortcuts that set a specific combination of permissions. The actual permissions are what control what someone sees and does.

PresetSelects
ReceptionistBookings, Clients, Communications
ManagerEverything except Billing and Staff management
Full accessAll twelve permissions
CustomWhatever you tick by hand

The salon Owner is a separate account type set at signup and always has every permission — there's no preset for it.

After someone leaves

Always remove access from the Staff page rather than just changing the email password. Open their profile, scroll to the bottom, and use Delete staff. Their bookings and history stay attached to the salon record.
