Manage locations

The /salon page — where you add, edit, and switch between locations if your business runs from more than one.

Zuletzt aktualisiert: 2026-05-11

Each Randvu workspace can hold multiple locations — useful for chains, expanding salons, or businesses with separate brands under one ownership. The Salon sidebar item routes to /salon, and that page is the locations dashboard — not a single salon profile editor.

The locations hero

Across the top of the page there's a hero strip with four headline numbers:

  • Total locations
  • Active locations (excludes any soft-deactivated ones)
  • Total staff across all locations
  • Today's bookings across all locations

These are roll-up numbers — they sum across whatever you have access to.

The toolbar

Below the hero, a row with:

  • Search — filter locations by name or subtitle.
  • View toggle — switch between Grid (large cards) and List (compact rows).
  • Add Location button on the right. This is gated by your plan's multi-location entitlement — if you're on a plan that caps you at one location, the button opens an Upgrade prompt with the blocking salon called out, rather than the create form.

The locations section

Each card / row shows the location's name, subtitle (city / address), and a couple of quick actions. Clicking the card activates that location as the currently selected salon in the sidebar's location switcher, so any further actions you take (creating a booking, editing services, etc.) apply to it.

Each card has a Delete action that opens a confirmation dialog with the location name spelled out.

Adding a location

The Add Location button takes you to /salon/create — a multi-section editor where you fill in:

  • Identity — location name, slug, contact details, social handles.
  • Address — full address with country / city / postcode.
  • Operating hours — per-day open / close times.
  • Capacity — number of chairs / stations.
  • Branding — logo, cover, palette (a per-location subset of what Gallery & branding offers for the active location).

The slug is what the public URL uses (randvu.app/s/<slug>) and must be unique across the platform.

Editing a location

Clicking the location's name (or hitting the edit affordance on the card) takes you to the same editor in edit mode — every field above is editable. Operating hours, in particular, drive the Schedule view's day window: change the location's open hours and the schedule grid shows the new window.

Below the locations list there's a smaller Gallery preview section that pulls in the currently-active location's gallery thumbnails as a quick visual sanity check. It's read-only — to actually edit the gallery, use Settings → Gallery & branding for that location.

Multi-location and reports

Reports can be filtered to a single location or rolled up across all of them using the location switcher at the top of the sidebar. The same applies to clients, staff, services — most of the product respects the currently-selected location for what it shows.
