Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ('Terms') and our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and 'you' refers to that business.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are charged via the payment method on file. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Send spam or unauthorized marketing communications.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' use of it.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service ('Customer Data'). You grant Randvu a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and display Customer Data solely as needed to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our agreements with you. You are responsible for the lawful basis on which Customer Data is collected and shared with us.

The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by Randvu, is owned by Randvu or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms; no other rights are granted.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, modify, or remove features, or perform maintenance that temporarily affects the Service. We will provide reasonable advance notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you depend on.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period after termination, after which it may be deleted.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randvu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randvu's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Randvu in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Randvu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Randvu harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or from Customer Data you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Randvu is established, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive authority over any dispute, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new 'Last updated' date and, where the changes are material, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
