The client profile tabs

The client detail page is organized into tabs — Overview, Appointments, Color, Forms, Products, and Notes — each covering one side of the relationship.

Last updated 2026-08-07

Open any client from Clients and their profile loads with a persistent header — photo, contact details, and status — above a row of tabs: Overview · Appointments · Color · Forms · Products · Notes. Each tab is deep-linkable, so you can bookmark or share a URL that lands on exactly the right one.

Overview

The landing tab is the summary: the KPI strip, visit history grouped by month, an Up next card with the next appointment, insights, preferences, and pinned notes. It answers "who is this and where do we stand" in one screen.

Appointments

Everything booked, split into Upcoming and Past:

  • Upcoming shows each future appointment as a card, with a Reschedule shortcut.
  • Past lists completed visits with service, staff, duration, and price, plus a running summary — "{n} completed visits · {total} lifetime". Long histories load 20 at a time with Show more.

Color

The salon's color memory for this client — every formula, mixing note, and before/after photo. It's big enough to have its own article: Color formulas and photos.

Forms

All intake forms, consents, and signatures on file, each with how it was sent (SMS, email, or link) and its status. From here you can:

  • Send a new intake form.
  • View a submitted form in place.
  • Remind a client whose form is still sitting unopened.

Products

The client's retail purchase history — every product bought at checkout with quantity, date, and line total, summed up top ("{total} retail · {n} items"). Handy for reorder conversations: you can see exactly what they took home and when.

Notes

Structured notes with pinning, expiry, and privacy controls — covered in Client notes.
