Welcome to Randvu

A 5-minute tour of what you can do — from your first booking to inviting your team.

Última actualización: 2026-05-11

Randvu helps salons, barbershops, studios, and independent beauty pros run their booking operations without spreadsheets, missed messages, or double-booked staff. This page walks you through what's already set up after onboarding and what to do first.

What's already set up

When you finished the onboarding wizard, Randvu created your salon, your owner account, and a default working schedule. You can take bookings right away — but you'll get more out of the platform once you customize a few things.

Your first 15 minutes

  1. Add your services

Open Services in the sidebar and add the things you actually sell — haircut, color, manicure, whatever fits your business. Set a price and a duration so the calendar can reserve the right amount of time.

  2. Invite your team

Open Staff in the sidebar and click Add Staff. Each teammate gets their own login and only sees what their permissions allow.

  3. Share your booking page

Open Settings → Booking link & sharing, copy the public link, and send it to a few existing clients. They can book themselves without calling.

  4. Take your first walk-in

Open Schedule, click an empty cell on the calendar to drop a quick booking — or use Book for customer at the top to run the full wizard. Same flow your team will use day to day.

Where to go next

  • Calendar & bookings — learn how the schedule view works, drag-and-drop edits, and time blocks.
  • Clients — capture client details once and let them book themselves.
  • Online booking — customize the public page that customers see.

If something isn't behaving the way you expect, every article in this center has a Was this helpful? prompt at the bottom. Use it — that's how we decide what to write next.
