Configure your salon
Where to find your business profile, hours, branding, booking rules, and integration tiles — all in the Settings hub.

Most of what's true about your salon as a whole — name, branding, booking rules, integrations — is set during onboarding. This article covers where each of those settings actually lives so you can find them again when something changes.
Two places to look
There are two top-level destinations for salon configuration:
- Salon (sidebar) — your locations. Each location has its own name, address, contact details, operating hours, and a per-location editor. If you only have one location, that's where the business profile lives.
- Settings (sidebar) — a hub of everything that applies to the whole workspace: profile, branding, booking rules, sharing, subscription, integrations, feature toggles, and the danger zone.
The Settings hub at a glance
Open Settings from the sidebar. The page is a single scrollable list with these sections:
- Dashboard layout — pick which dashboard preset (Operational, Growth, etc.) loads first.
- Profile & security — your personal account: name, email, password.
- Gallery & branding — logo, cover image, colour palette, and the portfolio gallery clients see on the booking page.
- Booking rules & policies — how far in advance clients can book, minimum booking notice, cancellation / no-show / deposit policies, and the general policies text.
- Booking link & sharing — your public slug, the copy-link button, a QR code, share buttons (WhatsApp / SMS / Email), and the embed snippet.
- Subscription & billing — your Randvu plan and the card on file.
- Integrations — tiles for Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Stripe, Zapier, Instagram, Meta Pixel, Telegram, and Mailchimp. All are marked Coming soon today — none of them are connectable yet.
- Features — feature toggles for your salon (for example, the Intake module).
- Advanced & danger zone — workspace reset and delete (delete is "Contact support" rather than self-serve).
Multi-location
If you run more than one location, each has its own staff, services, operating hours, and slug. Switch between locations using the Location switcher at the top of the sidebar. Reports can be filtered to a single location or rolled up across all of them.
Per-location settings (name, address, phone, hours, capacity) live on each location's editor under Salon → [location name], not in the Settings hub.
Notifications
Notifications are a separate top-level sidebar item, not a Settings sub-section. The page has two tabs:
- Inbox — a feed of recent notification events for this salon.
- Preferences — per-event channel toggles. Channels are push and email today; SMS and WhatsApp aren't shipped yet.
Reminder timing and template editing aren't configurable in the product yet — what goes out is whatever the platform sends, on the platform's schedule.
What's not here yet
You may see these mentioned in marketing copy or roadmap chips — they don't exist in the product today and you can skip looking for them:
- Special / holiday hours overrides
- Editable notification templates and placeholders
- Custom reminder timing
- Live integrations (Google Calendar / WhatsApp / Stripe / Mailchimp / etc. — all "Coming soon")
- QuickBooks (not on the roadmap)
