Build your service list
Set up the services you sell, group them into categories, and price them right.

Your service list is the menu your staff and clients book against. Get this right and the rest of Randvu just works.
Add a service
Open Services
Sidebar → Services, then click Add New Service at the top right.
Name and category
Pick a clear, customer-facing name (e.g. Women's haircut, not Haircut F). Assign it to a category — clients browse your booking page by category, so the names matter.
Duration and price
Set the slot length the calendar should reserve and the price you charge. One duration and one price per service.
Assign staff
Pick which staff members can perform this service. Online booking only offers it if at least one qualified staff member has availability.
Service categories
Categories are how clients navigate your booking page. Two rules of thumb:
- Don't have more than 6–8 categories. Beyond that, the page gets noisy.
- Use plain language. Hair, Color, Nails beats Tonsorial services.
Manage categories from the Services page using Manage categories — you can rename and delete from there. Category order on the booking page isn't user-controlled today.
Hiding a service without deleting it
Each service has an Active toggle. Switch it off and the service disappears from the booking page but stays in your catalog — useful for seasonal offerings or staff-only services. From the listing description: "Inactive services are hidden from booking."
