Manage the waiting list
The staff view of who's waiting — live offers, manual slot offers, reminders, and how the automatic cascade behaves.

The Waiting list page in the sidebar is where you see everyone waiting for an opening at a location and step in when you want to. If auto-offer is on, most of the work happens by itself — this page is your window into it, plus the manual controls for when you'd rather pick who gets a slot.
Multi-location salons pick a location first; each location has its own queue.
Reading the page
Four stats sit at the top:
- Waiting — clients currently in the queue.
- Being offered — offers out right now, awaiting a claim.
- New today — joined in the last 24 hours.
- Longest wait — how long the most patient client has been on the list.
Below that, the Currently being offered strip shows every live offer: which slot was offered, which channels it went out on, and a countdown of the claim window. Two actions per offer:
- Remind — re-sends the offer notification. A useful nudge halfway through a long claim window.
- Withdraw — cancels the pending offer. The client stays on the waiting list; the slot is freed up for someone else (or for a normal booking).
The main table lists everyone waiting — client & requested services, their availability (date range, preferred times and days, and whether they asked for a specific professional or Anyone available), and how long they've been waiting. Search by name, or filter by status (All / Waiting / Offered) and by service.
Two badges worth knowing: Earlier slot marks a client who already has a booking and is watching for an earlier time (claiming reschedules them automatically), and Anyone available marks clients flexible on staff — they match the most freed slots.
Offering a slot manually
Hit Offer on any row and a modal lists the open slots in that client's window — real availability for their services, looking ahead over the next two weeks. Slots are flagged either Matches preferences or Outside preferred window, so you can see when you're offering something they asked for versus stretching.
Pick a slot and Send offer. The footer reminds you of the terms before you commit: "Client gets 30 min to claim · notified by Email, Push" — both come from your waiting list settings.
If the slot gets booked through the normal calendar before the client claims, no harm — you'll see "That slot is no longer available" and the client stays on the list.
Remove deletes an entry entirely — for clients who booked elsewhere or asked to be taken off. They can rejoin anytime from the booking page.
How the automatic cascade works
When auto-offer is on and a booking is cancelled:
Randvu finds the matches
Waiting clients whose services, date range, preferred times and days, and staff preference all fit the freed slot. The client who cancelled is never offered their own slot back.
The offer goes out
The longest-waiting matches get the offer first, in batches of your Clients offered at once setting, via your enabled channels.
The claim window runs
Each batch has the claim window to respond. No claim? The offer expires and automatically rolls to the next matching clients — round after round until someone claims or the matches run out.
Someone claims — everything else stops
The booking lands on your calendar like any other booking. Any other pending offers for that slot are cancelled, and those clients simply stay on the list for the next opening.
The How offers work rail on the right shows the active rules for the location — auto-offer, claim window, batch size, channels — with an Edit link straight to settings.
