Share your booking page
Where to find your public link, how to share it, and which settings change what clients see.

Your booking page is the public-facing site where clients pick a service, a staff member, and a time without calling. There's no separate setup — it's live the moment your salon exists, and the URL is based on your salon's slug.
Find and share your link
Open Settings → Booking link & sharing (the page title in the app is Booking Link & Sharing). Your link looks like randvu.app/s/your-slug — the /s/ segment is fixed, and the slug is the part you control.
The page itself is a sharing toolkit, not a customization page. From it you can:
- Copy the link to your clipboard.
- Open the public page in a new tab to see what clients see.
- Download the QR code (200×200 PNG) for flyers, mirrors, and receipts.
- Share via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email with a pre-filled message.
- Embed the page on your own site using the iframe snippet.
Customizing what clients see
The customization controls live in other Settings sections — not on the sharing page:
- Branding (logo, cover, palette, gallery) → Settings → Gallery & branding
- Booking window (how far in advance, default 60 days) → Settings → Booking rules & policies
- Minimum booking notice (how soon before an appointment a client can book, default 60 minutes) → Settings → Booking rules & policies
- Cancellation, no-show, and deposit policies → Settings → Booking rules & policies
- Services and categories visible online → toggle the Active flag on each service in Services
Where to put the link
Instagram bio
The single highest-converting placement. Use a link-in-bio tool if you have multiple links.
Google Business Profile
Add it as the Booking link. Clients searching your name see a Book button right in Google.
Your existing website
A button labeled Book online linking to your Randvu page — or paste the embed snippet from the sharing page if you'd rather inline it.
WhatsApp / SMS auto-reply
Set your business reply to include the link so prospects don't have to wait for a human.
Tracking where bookings come from
The Reports area has a Revenue by booking source chart (inside the Revenue report), which is the closest thing to source attribution today. There isn't a standalone "Sources" report.
Custom domains
Pointing your own domain (for example book.yoursalon.com) at your Randvu booking page isn't supported in the product today.
