Sell and manage memberships
Sign members up online, by direct link, or at the register; manage the member lifecycle; and import existing members by CSV.

Once a plan exists, there are three ways in — and one page where you manage everything after.
Sell on your storefront
Plans sold via Storefront + POS appear on your public Memberships page (/s/your-salon/memberships). The client picks a plan and a short wizard runs: Details (name, email, mobile) → Agreement (e-sign, if the plan requires one) → Payment (card saved securely with Stripe). Their first credits are ready immediately, and the card renews automatically each cycle.
Sell by direct link
Every plan has a shareable link (/m/…) — copy it from the plan builder. It opens the same purchase wizard as a standalone page, which makes it ideal for campaigns, emails, or Instagram bios. Plans set to Direct link only are sold exclusively this way, without appearing on the storefront.
Sell at the register
In the register's item picker, open the Memberships tab:
Attach the client
A membership needs a client on the ticket. For walk-ins, add them by email — if they already exist, Randvu finds and reuses their record so their credits stay in one place.
Pick a plan and start it
Choose from your active plans and press Start membership. The charge runs against the client's card on file — it's not a cart line.
No card on file?
The membership is created as pending and you get a Send sign/pay link button — the client signs the agreement and enters their card from their phone.
Manage a member
Click any row on the Members tab to open the member page. Depending on status you can Pause, Resume, Renew now, Retry charge (for past-due members), Switch to current version, or Download agreement once it's signed. The page shows outstanding credits & balance — with an Adjust button for manual, reason-logged corrections — and the full billing history by cycle.
Cancel membership asks two things: when (immediately, at period end, or a specific date) and — for immediate cancellations — whether to refund: none, prorated by unused time, or by unused credits, each with the exact amount computed for you. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Redeeming member benefits
Membership credits and balances appear automatically in the register's prepaid strip when the member (or someone on their shared plan) is attached to the ticket — each grant is badged with its plan name. Redemption works exactly like packages and gift cards: see Redeem gift cards and packages.
Import existing members
Moving from another system? Import members on the memberships home (/memberships/import) takes a CSV — drop a file or paste rows. Required columns are clientEmail and planId; optional ones set the start date, first billing date, starting balance, and starting credits. Imported members activate without a first charge — billing starts on the date you specify per row, so nobody gets double-billed during the switch. Failures are reported per row so you can fix and re-import just those.
